Producer & Production Manager

Responsibilities: The focus of this role will be to prepare everything related to a video shoot including creating schedules, call sheets, crew briefs, and more. You’ll work closely with top clients and orchestrate a smooth pre-production experience from first contact to shoot day wrap. From there, you’ll pass off the project to our Post-Production Manager for editing and anything else related to post-production. As Production Manager, you’ll be responsible for everything leading up to a shoot day. All of our video crews are travel-ready, but your remote role will not require any travel or on-set work, as you’ll orchestrate and manage all details leading up to the shoot day beforehand, preparing the crew for a well-organized production.

Requirements: The three qualities that matter most in this role are organization, communication, and timeliness. These characteristics are the foundation of how Right Hand Films operates in all departments. At least 10 years of experience in the video production industry is required. Most important is great communication, a self-starting mindset, and a willingness to go the extra mile.

Compensation and Benefits: This role offers an annual salary of $100,000 plus a retirement match of up to 3%. Benefits include three weeks of paid vacation (15 business days), paid sick days, and paid holidays.
