IT Support Technician - Helpdesk & Troubleshooting

Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in a previous IT position Proficiency in troubleshooting computer and network issues Excellent customer service and communication abilities Certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco are advantageous Familiarity with camera systems and access control is beneficial Experience using power tools and scissor lifts is a plus Knowledge of structured cabling and conduit work is favorable Valid drivers license and a dependable personal vehicle with insurance Capability to successfully pass a thorough background check
