Litigation Associate

The Opportunity: We are seeking several exceptional litigation associates at all levels of experience to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys who have distinguished themselves academically and professionally and who are eager to develop into first-chair litigators. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be deeply involved in all phases of litigation—from early case strategy through trial and appeal. You’ll work closely with experienced litigators, gain meaningful courtroom exposure, and take on real responsibility from day one. What You’ll Do: Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and legal memoranda Manage discovery (written discovery, document review, depositions)Participate in hearings, mediations, trials, and client strategy sessions Take and defend depositions Argue motions and appeals Collaborate closely with partners and litigation teams

What We’re Looking For: J.D. from a top law school with a record of academic achievement Licensed or eligible to become licensed in Wisconsin Sophisticated litigation experience, judicial clerkships, or comparable professional accomplishments preferred Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage tasks independently Commitment to delivering exceptional work and client service Interest in a long-term litigation career in a high-performance environment
