Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of the staff Managing the recruitment, hiring, and training processes Ensuring that departments or units deliver quality offerings to clients Working closely with the Area Director to improve efficiency and performance Overseeing large projects and interpreting performance reports Managing the budget and monitoring the financial health of a location or business unit Good Organization and Time Management Understanding of budget management and financial monitoring The Restaurant General Manager will always maintain a customer service focus, passion for results, and a desire to develop a great team. Great with customer practices Minimum two 2 years restaurant experience Top-notch customer service skills Previous managerial experience in restaurant industry required Knowledge of food safety standards a must P&L and food cost experience a plus In 1950, Bill Rosenberg opened the first Dunkin' shop in Quincy, Massachusetts.
