Traffic Coordinator/KSLTThe Traffic Coordinator is a part-time position that manages commercial scheduling, billing support, and traffic operations to ensure advertising campaigns are executed accurately and on time. This role works closely with Sales, Programming, and Accounting to maintain accurate records, fulfill client commitments, and support revenue-generating initiatives that advance the station's mission, financial health, and service to advertisers. Manage Commercial Scheduling and Traffic Operations: Oversee the scheduling, placement, and reconciliation of commercial advertising to ensure accurate and timely broadcast delivery. Maintain Traffic System Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy of sales orders, advertiser information, commercial instructions, and traffic records. Coordinate Advertising Execution: Work closely with Sales and Programming teams to support the successful implementation of advertising campaigns. Manage Billing and Accounts Receivable Support: Process advertiser billing and reconcile payments in coordination with accounting functions. Ensure Compliance with Advertising Agreements: Monitor commercial schedules and materials to ensure campaigns run according to client agreements and station requirements. Support Station Promotions and Special Events: Provide operational support for station promotions, special events, and other revenue-generating initiatives. Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
