Wingstop Cook

Responsibilities: Prepare and cook wings, fries, tenders, sandwiches, and other menu items according to Wingstop recipes and standards Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department requirements Monitor product quality, temperatures, hold times, and expiration dates to ensure food safety compliance Operate fryers and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Sauce, season, package, and present food accurately and consistently Read and execute orders with speed and accuracy while maintaining quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work area throughout each shift Complete opening, shift, and closing cleaning procedures Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and fast service Assist with food preparation, inventory organization, and product rotation using FIFO methods Support a positive guest experience by demonstrating urgency, teamwork, and professionalism Interact with guests in a friendly and respectful manner when needed, answering questions and helping ensure order accuracy Assist in resolving guest concerns by partnering with leadership to deliver outstanding service

Qualifications: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong commitment to food safety and cleanliness Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Excellent communication and guest service skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required
