Job description:
Fast paced Construction Management Company (Commercial) looking for Light-Commercial Estimating / Purchasing Manager to Manage Bidding and purchasing for the construction of fast-food restaurants and retail fit outs. Extremely fast paced environment requires organized, self-starter not afraid to work hard in order to grow with our company! This is a full-time position, with salary and benefits.
Requirements:
· 5 years+ of Light commercial purchasing and estimating experience.o Will consider extensive residential purchasing experience· 1 year+ experience with restaurant construction purchasing.· 3+ references from Trades or Clients.· Process driven person with attention to detail.· Classically trained purchaser- estimator.· Extensive Computer skills. Duties Include but are not limited to:· Read, interpret and understand blue prints.· Distribute and solicit bids.· Develop scopes, vet bids and buy down projects for launch to field
