This role is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery across all phases of construction. Projects can include K-12, Multi-Family, Healthcare, Offices, Retail, etc.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain workflow Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized job site Conduct daily site inspections and resolve field issues proactively Review project plans and specifications to anticipate and mitigate risks Manage material deliveries, inventory, and on-site logistics Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables Maintain detailed daily reports and communicate progress to internal teams
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a superintendent on commercial construction projects Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety standards Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficient in project management software and digital reporting toolsOSHA 30 certification preferred
