Estate Planning Attorney

Position Overview: You will work closely with partners and clients on a broad range of estate planning matters, including: Drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents Assisting with trust administration and estate settlement matters Advising high-net-worth individuals and business owners on wealth transfer strategies Coordinating with the firm’s corporate and tax attorneys on integrated planning

Qualifications: 5+ years of estate planning experience Strong drafting skills and attention to detail Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple matters efficiently Excellent communication and client service skills Preferred (but not required) Experience with Wealth Counsel / Wealth Docs or similar estate planning software Exposure to advanced planning techniques (e.g., irrevocable trusts, tax planning strategies) Who We’re Looking For Self-starter who takes ownership and follow through Attorney who is efficient and responsive while maintaining high-quality work Team-oriented professional who contributes to a collaborative environment Individual that values strong client relationships and proactive communication
