Key responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership for treatment process selection, design, optimization, pilot testing, and commissioning
Support project delivery and staff development while fostering technical innovation
Identify market trends and client needs to enhance water treatment strategy and approaches
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering required; Master's degree in chemical, civil, or environmental engineering preferred
A minimum of 15 years of experience in the drinking water industry, including process design and engineering
Must be a licensed professional engineer (PE)
Strong technical background in municipal water market, water treatment, and regulatory compliance
Experience in leading and mentoring others in a technical environment
