You will partner with families and the Head of Customer Success to weave in personal photos and clips, ensuring a respectful, polished final piece. You’ll also collaborate across internal teams to shape marketing video content, bring creative leadership, and maintain strong attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines in a distributed US/Latam setup.
