Offices of LawyersAll Other Legal ServicesLegal Counsel and ProsecutionWe are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join a growing plaintiff-side practice in Nashville. This attorney will handle motor vehicle liability and automobile accident cases in litigation, representing plaintiffs throughout Nashville and surrounding areas. The role will primarily focus on litigation, trial preparation, and trial, with limited responsibility for pre-suit matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of personal injury litigation cases Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests and responses, demands, motions, and legal memoranda Guide plaintiff clients through the litigation process Work with expert witnesses, including conferences and preparation of expert reports and affidavits Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances Prepare cases for trial and participate in trial proceedings Maintain strong communication and client service throughout the litigation process
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school Active member in good standing with the Tennessee Bar Ideally 3+ years of personal injury, auto liability, or motor vehicle accident experience Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills Excellent client communication and service skills Self-motivated and driven with strong organizational and case management abilities
