Kitchen Team Member

What You’ll Do: As a Potato Maker, you’ll play a key role in delivering the Baked! experience.

Your responsibilities will include: Preparing baked potatoes and potato bases to perfection using Baked! standards. Building loaded potatoes with precision, ensuring every order is accurate and visually appealing. Measuring and portioning proteins, cheeses, toppings, and sauces with care. Maintaining proper food temperatures and adhering to all food-safety guidelines. Keeping the potato station stocked, clean, and organized throughout your shift. Following recipes and preparation procedures consistently to ensure quality. Communicating effectively with cashiers and kitchen team members. Double-checking orders for accuracy before they leave the kitchen. Assisting with food prep, cleaning, and other kitchen duties as needed. Properly labeling, storing, and rotating food products. Providing friendly, fast, and high-quality service in a high-volume environment.

What We’re Looking For: Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or restaurant environment. Reliability: Punctuality and dependability are a must. Attention to Detail: A strong focus on portion control and presentation. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs. Team Spirit: A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others. Adaptability: Willingness to learn Baked!’s recipes, standards, and procedures.
