Offices of LawyersAll Other Legal ServicesLegal Counsel and ProsecutionA leading national labor & employment law firm is seeking experienced Employment Litigation Attorneys to join its Virtual Office at the Counsel or Special Counsel level. This is a remote opportunity for attorneys looking to continue handling sophisticated employment matters while gaining increased flexibility and work/life balance. The practice focuses on administrative charges, attorney demand letters, and employment litigation for a variety of firm clients, including matters involving Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI). Attorneys work closely with partners and a collaborative team of attorneys and paralegals while taking meaningful responsibility for their matters. Depending on experience and seniority, responsibilities may include developing case strategy, drafting and reviewing substantive work product, handling administrative agency matters, conducting depositions, and representing clients at hearings, conferences, and trials. The practice primarily handles single-plaintiff employment litigation, with opportunities for involvement in class actions, PAGA matters, and other labor & employment disputes.
Qualifications:
