Senior Legislative Affairs Strategist

Illinois Attorney General seeks a Senior Legislative Liaison to assist the Chief of Legislative Affairs in developing and advancing legislative priorities. The role provides policy guidance and acts as a key liaison with the General Assembly, agencies, and stakeholders. Responsibilities include monitoring legislation, drafting and negotiating legislative language, preparing briefings and testimony, and representing the OAG at hearings. Travel and occasional outside-hours work are expected.
