Staff Attorney

What you'll do: Conduct first- and second-level review of ESI for responsiveness, relevance, privilege, confidentiality, and key issues Apply review protocols and coding guidelines consistently across large document sets Identify key facts, themes, custodians, and timelines relevant to case strategy Escalate privileged, sensitive, or case-critical documents to supervising attorneys Perform QC/QA on coding decisions and support privilege log creation Support deposition, motion, and trial preparation through targeted document analysis Work within Relativity and other leading e-discovery platforms, including TAR, CAL, and AI-assisted review tools Participate in reviewer training and calibration sessions Prepare document summaries, chronologies, and factual memoranda Assist with first-pass discovery requests/responses and firm knowledge research as needed

What you'll need: J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing (Texas preferred; Illinois also considered)Experience with complex commercial litigation Strong familiarity with e-discovery platforms and review workflows Excellent analytical thinking, written communication, and attention to detail
