Labor & Employment Law Attorney

Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP, one of the top law firms on Long Island with 85+ attorneys, is seeking a full-time, on-site, attorney in its Labor & Employment Law Department. The attorney will focus on; Labor & Employment Law defense including Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Law, Overtime and Failure to Pay Wages Law, Management side Labor Law, CBA Negotiations, Prevailing Wage Law, Withdrawal Liability, General Corporate and Commercial Transaction law. The position, which has full client contact and court appearances, requires attending court, government agency hearings, arbitrations, trials, appeals, conducting legal research and preparing legal documents. The attorney will be collaborating with clients to develop effective legal strategies. We are seeking someone with 5 to 15 years+ experience. Salary commensurate with experience. Originations are not required but will be considered.
