Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000+ (Based on Experience)

Industry: Commercial Construction Join a Growing Commercial Construction LeaderA well-established commercial construction firm is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator / Chief Procurement Lead to play a critical role in driving project success and supporting continued company growth. This is a high-impact opportunity for an estimator who thrives on building relationships, winning work, and developing strategic procurement initiatives. The ideal candidate will help lead preconstruction efforts, develop competitive proposals, work directly with general contractors, and support operations through effective procurement and vendor management. What You'll Do: Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial construction projects Solicit subcontractor and vendor pricing and develop complete bid proposals Analyze plans, specifications, and project requirements Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers Support procurement activities and assist operations teams throughout project execution Identify opportunities to improve bid competitiveness and secure new work Collaborate with project management and leadership teams during preconstruction Communicate project scope, risks, and opportunities clearly and effectively Utilize estimating software including Procore and On-Screen Takeoff What We're Looking For 7+ years of commercial construction estimating experience Strong background in commercial projects with at least 80% of experience focused on commercial construction Experience estimating public-sector projects including educational, municipal, healthcare, or government facilities Proven ability to assemble and submit successful bids and proposals Strong procurement and subcontractor outreach experience Exceptional verbal communication and relationship-building skills Ability to communicate effectively with general contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders Stable work history demonstrating growth, commitment, and long-term contributions Proficiency with Procore, On-Screen Takeoff, and industry-standard estimating tools
