Field-Driven Construction Management Co-op & Internship

Maxwell Construction is seeking a motivated Construction Management Co‑op or Intern to join our team on a major project in Muncie, Indiana. This hands-on, field-based opportunity provides exposure to commercial construction operations and project management. Responsibilities include assisting the Project Manager and Superintendent, coordinating with subcontractors, tracking progress, handling submittals and RFIs, and supporting planning, safety, and quality initiatives on site.
