Property Manager

About the Role: Altos Realty Advisors is set to hire an Property Manager to manage the day to day operations of a residential multi-family portfolio. The Property Manager will work out of our Denver office and report to Executive Leadership.

Responsibilities: Actively exemplify and champion Altos' culture through every touch point of our business with tenants, owners, vendors, and associates. The service and courtesy you extend and promote on a daily basis will ensure a productive culture of first-class service to everyone we interact with. Management of the financial performance of a portfolio of properties by overseeing leasing efforts, maintenance, and monthly expenditures. Analyze revenue, financial reporting, and management data regularly to assess the performance of the portfolio. Supervise resident retention efforts via lease renewals, excellent customer service, and programs to maintain maximum occupancy. Manage all ongoing financing responsibilities to ensure that covenants are adhered to. Maintain strong working relationships with all vendors. Oversee daily maintenance requests, and proper completion of property repairs. Travel to properties as necessary.

Qualifications: 2+ years of Property Management experience preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred. Detail-oriented and strong communication skills. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Able to critically think and multitask. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, sometimes including weekends.Spanish speaking required
