Producer for a New True Crime You Tube Channel We’re a storied Legal/Law focused You Tube channel looking for a Swiss-Army Knife creative producer with experience in cable news, news-oriented You Tube/podcasting, or true crime to help create and run a new second channel project in the true crime space. Core responsibilities include: Producing the channel’s content (e.g. a daily live-to-tape talk show covering biggest true crime news; “evergreen” Bodycam compilations, true crime stories, trial breakdowns, etc.)Producing various videos, shorts, and vertical cut-downs for social media Booking, managing, and “video call producing” guests for the channel’s content Writing, researching, and fact-checking host monologs and voice-overs

The ideal candidate: Has experience in cable news, or high-volume news oriented You Tube/podcast content Is fast, hyper-organized, self-directed, team-oriented, and works well under multiple deadlines Is knowledgeable in latest video production tech and methodology Is familiar with the Adobe creative suite Has creative flare; excellent taste in true crime content Is located in the US, with a preference for candidates located in the Northeast (the position is remote)Video editing experience is a plus, but not requiredFTE with benefits Position is remote
