Senior Estimator

Experience: 7+ years of commercial construction estimating experience Project Size: Ground-up projects up to $70M+About the Company We are a well-established regional general contractor serving the Dallas–Fort Worth market, delivering complex ground-up construction projects across Hospitality, Casinos, Municipal, Healthcare, Entertainment, and Education. With projects ranging in size up to $70 million+, we are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to take a leadership role within our preconstruction team.

The Opportunity: The Senior Estimator will have significant ownership of the estimating and preconstruction process, from early conceptual budgeting through final bid and contract award.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the estimating process for complex ground-up commercial construction projects from conceptual design through bid and contract award. Prepare and oversee detailed estimates for projects up to $70M+.Develop conceptual, schematic, design-development, GMP, negotiated, and hard-bid estimates. Perform and oversee detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis. Project Experience Experience with complex projects in one or more of the following sectors is strongly preferred: Hospitality & Hotels Casinos & Gaming Facilities Healthcare Municipal / Public Buildings Entertainment & Sports Facilities Higher Education & K-12 Other complex commercial ground-up construction Experience estimating projects in the $25M–$70M+ range is highly desirable.

Qualifications: 7+ years of commercial construction estimating experience. Proven experience leading estimates for complex ground-up commercial projects. Experience with projects valued at $25M–$70M+ strongly preferred. Strong understanding of commercial construction means, methods, sequencing, and costs.
