Qualifications:
Active license to practice law in New York and in good standing with the state bar. Prior experience in personal injury litigation or insurance defense is highly beneficial. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motions and conducting depositions. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
