Construction Superintendent

What You'll Do: As a Superintendent, you'll be responsible for leading field operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include: Managing day-to-day jobsite operations from startup through closeout Leading subcontractors, coordinating trades, and maintaining project schedules Working closely with Project Teams, Subs, and Clients to ensure project success Driving quality control and ensuring work complies with plans, specifications, and project requirements Maintaining a safe jobsite and enforcing company and OSHA safety standards Conducting subcontractor coordination meetings and managing short-term look-ahead schedules Identifying and resolving field issues before they impact schedule, budget, or quality Monitoring labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor performance Maintaining project documentation, daily reports, and as-built information Building strong relationships with clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders What We're Looking For 6-10 years of Superintendent experience on ground-up commercial construction projects Tilt-up construction experience strongly preferred Medical Office Building (MOB) experience is a plus Demonstrated strong tenure with previous employers Proven ability to lead field operations on complex commercial projects Strong knowledge of scheduling, quality control, safety, and subcontractor management Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong commitment to safety, client satisfaction, and teamwork Valid driver's license and good driving record Compensation +
