Qualifications:
1–2+ years of experience in litigation, preferably in med-mal or general liability Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills Experience in court conferences and motion practice in NYC and surrounding counties Solid analytical abilities and sound legal judgment Ability to conduct depositions, manage discovery, and assist with trial preparation
