Commercial Litigation Attorney - Distressed Real Estate

What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial litigation background, with experience in one or more of the following areas: Lender-side foreclosures Bankruptcy and creditors’ rights Loan workouts and restructurings Real estate litigation General commercial and business disputes Candidates should have experience handling substantive aspects of litigation, including legal research and analysis, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, and assisting with matters through resolution.
