Immigration Attorney (Network)

What you'll do: Own the legal work, not the admin. Review and sign off on petitions across O-1A, EB-1A, H-1B, TN, J-1, and EB-2/EB-3 PERM. Our platform handles intake, questionnaires, document collection, form population, and status updates. Set case strategy. Assess eligibility, choose the pathway, structure the evidentiary record, and draft or refine the legal argument where it counts. Advise on the hard calls. RFE strategy, criteria selection for extraordinary ability cases, cap-gap and status issues, PERM audit exposure. Scale with us. Start with a handful of matters and ramp to whatever volume fits your bandwidth. Attorneys operating at full capacity in our network can earn up to $200K/year.

Experience: Experience in U.S. business immigration, with real depth in high-skilled categories (H-1B, TN, O-1A, EB-1A, PERM).The high-volume advantage: Background in high-volume immigration — Fragomen, Berry Appleman & Leiden, Erickson Immigration Group, Seyfarth Shaw, or similar — is preferred. You know how to move at scale, and you're ready to do it without the legacy tech. Licensure: Active bar admission in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction. Immigration is federal practice, so your state doesn't limit where you can work. Independent setup: You're set up to contract (own entity or sole proprietorship, current malpractice coverage, no conflicts with our client base).The mission: You think the traditional high-volume immigration model is outdated and you want to help prove out a tech-driven alternative.
