Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent for a General Contractor leading ground-up commercial construction projects Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents Proven leadership and communication skills in a construction environment Proven experience overseeing commercial projects from start to finish, including subcontractor coordination, scheduling, site operations, safety, and plan execution Experience with construction management software such as Procore or Buildertrend; Field Wire experience is a plus Experience managing multi-story commercial construction projects is strongly preferred, ideally projects of 4+ stories Working knowledge of construction safety standards and job site complianceOSHA certification preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Degree in Construction Management preferred but not required Zadok Construction, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
