Construction Preconstruction Manager

Job Description: The key responsibilities include: Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial construction projects from conceptual through negotiated Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop detailed scopes of work Lead or support preconstruction efforts including budgeting, value engineering, and bid preparation Develop and maintain strong relationships with local clients, consultants, and trade partners Identify and pursue new project opportunities within the Nevada construction market Collaborate closely with operations and leadership teams to ensure seamless project handoff Support business development efforts through networking, client meetings, and market intelligenceMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
