Construction Superintendent

🔨 What You'll Be Doing: As the Superintendent, you'll take the lead on day-to-day field operations from mobilization through completion, including:• Leading and coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel• Managing jobsite logistics, schedules, manpower, materials, and deliveries• Reviewing plans, specifications, and scopes of work• Maintaining project schedules and keeping projects moving forward• Conducting subcontractor and jobsite meetings• Coordinating inspections and ensuring quality standards are met• Identifying potential issues early and finding solutions before they become problems• Working closely with the Project Manager, architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors• Maintaining a safe, organized, and professional jobsite• Overseeing punch lists, final inspections, and project closeout• Participating in pre-construction planning and constructability reviews👷

What We're Looking For: We're looking for someone who knows commercial construction and can confidently lead a jobsite. You should have:✅ 3+ years of commercial construction experience preferred✅ Previous Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Foreman, or similar field leadership experience✅ Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, means, and methods✅ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents✅ Experience coordinating subcontractors and holding teams accountable✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills✅ Knowledge of OSHA and jobsite safety practices✅ Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field✅ A professional approach when working with clients and project partners🚀 Why Consider It? Competitive Compensation: Annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.

Health Benefits: The company covers 50% of health insurance premiums. Company Vehicle: A company vehicle is provided, including a gas card and full vehicle maintenance coverage. Travel Support: All travel-related expenses and accommodations are fully covered by the company. Daily Per Diem: A $50 daily per diem is provided to cover meal expenses while traveling.
