Operator - Wastewater

Qualifications: HS Diploma or GED Groundwater License C/D or above Wastewater License C/D or above

Skills Required: Water and wastewater D license is desirable or must have ability to obtain it within 6 months of joining Basic knowledge about the working of pumps, oil skimmers, sand filters, cooling towers Ability to operate a forklift and backhoe. Additional heavy duty operation ability is a plus Must be motivated to work with minimum supervision Maintain an exceptional level of attendance and punctuality Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, etc.)

Responsibilities: Implement water systems related procedures to ensure uninterrupted availability of various water systems Responsible for proper functioning of the potable system and wastewater system Perform necessary work in operating mechanical equipment such as pumps, oil skimmers, raking system, sand filters Responsible for constant monitoring of the water system parameter, analyzing and logging of data, and identifying possible system malfunction Responsible for general housekeeping and grounds maintenance duties, including string trimming, debris removal, and related clean up tasks
