Ultimate Job Duties: Install and maintain low voltage wiring systems such as alarm systems, security systems, and fire alarms Perform structured cabling (Cat 5 and Cat 6), fiber optic installation, and terminations and repair functions Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various cabling infrastructure. Install APs and Cameras Operate Boom and Scissor Lifts Conduct tests to ensure all newly installed cable systems and component devices are operational. Troubleshoot issues with cable networks to ensure the proper functioning and to ensure the system meets local, county, state, or federal codes; legal and/or insurance requirements. Follow OSHA guidelines and standards Installing cable support structures such as j-hooks, cable racks, and inner ducts. Run low voltage cabling in commercial buildings, including drilling concrete walls and limited conduit work. Ultimate
