Medical Malpractice Attorney (ID# 4199)

Location: White Plains, New York - Hybrid Compensation: Up to $175,000 base salary + profit sharing + year-end bonus Our client, a highly regarded plaintiff-side litigation firm, is seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Malpractice Attorney to join its growing team. Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have medical malpractice experience (plaintiff side - or defense side willing to learn plaintiff side). First-chair trial experience preferred but not required, and the ability to independently manage complex cases from inception through resolution and appeal.

Key Responsibilities: Handle all phases of plaintiff-side medical malpractice litigation from intake through trial and appeal Develop case strategy and conduct legal research and analysis Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery demands/responses, and other litigation documents Conduct depositions, court appearances, hearings, mediations, and trials Communicate effectively with clients, medical experts, opposing counsel, and the court Manage a full caseload independently while maintaining high-quality advocacy and client service

Qualifications: Active New York Bar admission required (additional admissions are a plus)Significant medical malpractice litigation experience required First-chair trial experience preferred Strong analytical, research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Ability to work autonomously and manage complex litigation matters Passion for plaintiff advocacy and securing justice for injured clients
