Business Immigration Attorney

Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated experienced Business Immigration Attorney to collaborate with our Founder and Senior Attorneys on process development, petitions review, team supervision, and strategic initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to make impactful decisions that drive the firm’s growth and success.

Responsibilities: Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining high-touch communication. Conduct strategy calls, provide legal guidance, and respond promptly to inquiries. Case Management: Draft and edit initial legal arguments and RFE responses, support case strategy development, and conduct case reviews. Collaborative Leadership: Lead a team of paralegals. Provide training on O-1A, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and other visa petitions, including RFE responses. Review and approve petitions to ensure accuracy and legal compliance. Monitor paralegal and legal assistant performance and manage KPIs.

Qualifications: You have 2+ years of experience drafting immigration cases and handling clients, including EB-1A, O-1A, EB-2 NIW, and I-140 visa categories. You have a proven track record of managing a high volume of cases, ranging from routine to complex scenarios. You excel in written communication, effectively conveying complex legal concepts clearly. You excel at cross-functional collaboration, building strong relationships, and driving team success. You are able to navigate ambiguity and rapid change, maintaining focus and delivering results. You thrive in a dynamic work environment, embracing new challenges and opportunities with a proactive mindset.
