This is an opportunity for an experienced trusts and estates attorney to move into a highly consultative family office environment while continuing to work on complex planning matters. The role includes significant client interaction and collaboration with wealth advisors, but does not require business development or prospecting.
Key Responsibilities:
Structure and implement sophisticated estate planning and wealth transfer strategies Advise ultra-high-net-worth families on multi-generational planning, governance, and closely held business interests Review complex estate planning structures and serve as a technical resource to advisors and clients Collaborate with wealth management professionals on prospective and existing client planning needs Assist advisors in presenting sophisticated planning solutions to clients and prospects
Qualifications:
