Senior Policy Analyst

Description: This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Policy Analyst based in the United States. This is an opportunity to apply deep health policy expertise to projects with meaningful, nationwide impact across U.S. government healthcare programs. You’ll analyze complex statutes, regulations, and agency guidance and translate them into practical recommendations for government clients and stakeholders. The role sits at the intersection of policy, data, digital services, and human-centered design. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, researchers, and subject-matter experts to turn policy requirements into effective solutions. As a senior contributor, you’ll help shape strategy, anticipate risks, and guide decisions on complex government challenges. You’ll also contribute to cross-functional initiatives, mentor colleagues, and strengthen policy capabilities across teams. The position is fully remote, with a collaborative environment that values autonomy, continuous learning, and public-sector impact.
